On a snowy white steppe, amid the young tufts of spring, horses gallop, magnificent and free. Covered in caparisons of shimmering colors, these elegant mounts seem like something out of Arabian Nights. Around them, scattered multi-colored flowers enhanced by lively gold evoke the landscapes of the Silk Road.
Each piece is an artistic and technical feat. The hills that feature on the dishes have been gilded and sand polished, whereas the contours and the design of the soup tureen’s handles, attached by hand, recall the reins of a harness.
The Cheval d’Orient service blends refined shapes, drawings of an extreme finesse and opulent designs.
